From the CEO,
Happy New Year last year flew by; I want to thank our customers and manufactures in 2011 we grew revenue by more than 200%. As a small and young company we surpassed 1 million dollar mark for the first time. We also lined up new business for Q1 2012 that puts us in perfect shape to have a great 2012. With the New Year we are bringing on 2 new Senior Engineers and 1 additional sales representative.
Our current Q1 projects includes 5 new IP Communications systems installing a combination of Interactive Intelligence Contact Centers and Digium SwitchVox IP phone systems. One of the projects is in the Caribbean to modernize the contact center of one of the region’s largest air lines.

Arctic Air Systems a leading Trane air conditioning reseller.
Before we engaged IS360 we did most things on paper we have a fleet of trucks and technicians. We tracked by work orders and the work orders did not always get turned in timely manner. We had tech's that didn't always route appointments in the most time and cost effective ways. Our president often in the field called in or received calls from operations to help mange scheduling and projects. Plus the phone never stops ringing because of a very hot Florida summer.
Robyn and Jim engaged IS360, we implemented a new GPS tracking system for every vehicle. We implemented a new Microsoft Windows 2008 server system with Exchanged & SharePoint. We took advantage of smart phones and mobility. Now on a large LCD wall mounted flat panel in operation or from any desktop or smart phone we know exactly where our employees are. We also color coded the service and installation calendars and streamlined billing. No longer do we have lost work orders and are team is dispatched more efficiently. Plus Jim our President no longer needs to be interrupted every half hour he can simply look at his IPad from anywhere and he has all the detail he needs.
