IS360 was founded by industry leaders from Interactive Intelligence Inc., Cisco, IBM and  Nortel. Our principles have over 60 years of experience in voice and data implementation supporting customers of all type.

We have created a very fast growing company  with solid values and a great team of engineers. Our goal is to provide customers with the level of support and managed services that fit their needs.

Our specializations are geared toward the value add of advanced voice, network infrastructure and security. We emphasis strongly the use of open standard  to build a simpler and more productive network .  We partner  with industry leading voice, infrastructure and security manufacturers.

We have invested with Data Centers in multiple states and top carriers to provide a one stop  shopping for voice data and infrastructure needs.

It is already fourth quarter, this year is if flying by, we have been upgrading customers with new IP Communications projects at the rate of one install every 3 weeks. So business is great our customers are saving money, upgrading technology  and realizing real productivity increases.  Our customer satisfaction rating continues to be an “A-“.  We are not perfect yet but all of our team strives to keep the mission statement true:

We have installed systems in Georgia, all over Florida and in parts of the Caribbean, again we thank our customers we appreciate the business and the support. Our customers have been amazing to work with and we truly appreciate them.

I would also like to point out a couple manufacturer specific wins, First with Interactive Intelligence Inc. www.inin.com we recently were awarded a project for a County in Florida (I don't have their permission to give all details) but we have started phase I install and are planning for phase II and the overall project has 4000 users.
